This cute little apartment made for a lovely romantic escape. the room was clean and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. We especially loved the fully functional kitchen that allowed us to cook our own meals. the location was perfect, with easy access to local transport and walking distance to shopping and the beach. We also enjoyed the lovely local buffet, recommended by the friendly owner.

We did have to pay extra for the WIFI, which was a bit unreliable. Plus, the hot water didn't last very long so we had to be quick with our showers.

We had a ground floor room which had a large court yard to enjoy.

Not 100% clean, crumbs on bar stools, crumbs in oven, small amount of hair in shower and hot water tap in shower kept falling off.

The staff are rude, check in time is incorrect on emails. I booked 2 rooms was only give one room with a broken sofabed. No apology.The room was musty, the linen had holes in it and unslightly marks on them. No tea towel. The deadlock did not work. No heating and the locks are dodgy. Fridge did not work properly and the dishes were dirty. Will never stay here again and warn others not to.

I recently had a great stay at an apartment in this hotel, just a few blocks from the beach. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to the beautiful coast. The staff, particularly the friendly and helpful old lady at the reception, ensured a pleasant experience throughout my three-night stay. The apartment itself was clean and cozy, providing a comfortable home away from home. I also appreciated the nice swimming pool, a perfect spot to relax and cool off on hot days. the hotel offered good value for money, with attention to detail and basic amenities like fully functional facilities and a balcony in the rooms.

The room I stayed in had no smoke alarms. The stove was throwing the safety switch, the dryer door is broken wachine machine was very very loud. Shower door was broken and had bluetack all over it. The dishes were not clean, were not aloud to smoke on balcony. Manager was very rude. I rang up and was enquiring about a room and this is what she said to me in a very rude manner " Someone else is ringing, Hold on " no please or anything. Epic failllllllllll

I didn't like anything about the hotel.

The staff were incompetant and very unprofessional.The room stunk. The blankets were dirty. The bathroom was filthy. There was no tea towel or plug to wash up with. There was no hot water because the miserable bag didn't tell me I had to switch it on. AND i got over charged because a friend came and had breakfast with me. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone as it was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The owner should be embarassed as the standard was very very poor.

We had a fantastic family holiday at this lovely apartment! the location was really convenient, with bus stops nearby and Surfers Paradise within walking distance. the room was clean and had fully functional facilities, including a nice kitchen with all the utensils we needed. the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. the owner, Kathleen, was friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for great places to eat. We also appreciated being able to book amusement park tickets through her. it was a perfect stay for our family!

One negative aspect was the cranky WIFI connection, which didn't work well in our room.

I recently had a lovely time staying at this hotel for about a week. The owner, Kathleen, was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcomed. She even recommended a great buffet restaurant called Food Fantasy at Jupiters - the food was amazing! The room was clean and well-maintained, with fully functional facilities. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, and the bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The hotel's location was also great, with convenient bus stops nearby and the ability to walk to Surfers Paradise if the weather was good. it was a great value for money and a cozy place for couples or families. I would definitely consider coming back next time.

The hotel's WiFi connection was a bit cranky and didn't work in our room. However, the hotel staff was understanding and promptly refunded us for the inconvenience.

The Manager - friendly and knowledgable and interested in us. The closeness to the beach and Surfers. The layout of the apartment and amenities and a good size apartment for a reasonable rate.

No room cleaning service provided and you have to throw your own rubbish. I was there for holidays or so busy with the seminar, you don't expect us to clean the toilet when it is dirty. I was there so busy with the seminar and they want you to fill a whole pack of form for the census. Is really bad experienced staying there.

Had everything I needed, in my price range and in a great location. Was extremely well equipped.
